The penthouse of 5 Tudor City, where scenes from the "Spider-Man" triology were filmed, is on the market for $ 1.6 million.

You don’t need superhero powers to own the Green Goblin’s glamorous penthouse apartment in Tudor City.

On Monday, the $ 1.6 million triplex one-bedroom with 18-foot ceilings, midtown skyline views and a private terrace hits the market, the first time people get a peek at the grand home since it appeared in all three “Spider-Man” movies.

“For this price, this is one of the best apartments anyone can own,” said Brown Harris Stevens broker Leslie Hirsch, who shares the listing with Kiono Thomas of the Morrel Group. “You feel like you’re in a castle in the sky.”

Film directors think so, too. The full penthouse floor is practically a main character in “Spider-Man” as the home of Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin.

The building, known as Windsor Tower, has had other Hollywood closeups. “Scarface” was shot just outside the lobby. Jason Bourne jumped off the roof into the East River in “The Bourne Ultimatum.” Michael Corleone had breakfast on an adjacent penthouse terrace in “Godfather III.”

“You hear all the time how unique a place is,” said Thomas, who lived in a penthouse on the same floor. “This place really is. You will never find another one-bedroom that commands these views and has this kind of elegance.”

Years back, Charlton Heston lived on the penthouse floor, remarked Thomas.

The owner, a painter who loves her rooftop garden, is relocating out of New York City after owning the aerie for 20 years.
