Jennie Garth has a new man.
The former “Beverly Hills, 90210†alum has moved on with musician Jeremy Salken of the electronica duo Big Gigantic after splitting from her husband of 11 years, Peter Facinelli, in March 2012, according to Us Weekly.
The 40-year-old actress, who is nine years Salken’s senior, has reportedly been dating the drummer since October 2012. Despite confessing to “Survivor†host Jeff Probst shortly after her split that she would rather “lick the bottom of [her] shoe than go on a date,†Garth and her new beau are said to be “smitten†with each other.
Garth put her new relationship on display when she posted a cozy photo of herself with Salken on New Year’s Eve.
The budding relationship isn’t the only happy change in Garth’s life. She recently covered the January/ February issue of Health Magazine, showing off her 30-pound weight loss since the end of her marriage.
"I feel stronger and more confident in my body," she told Health about her slim down. "I'm learning to date again, looks aren't important to me anymore. I like positive energy."
Before meeting Salken, Garth was previously linked to HGTV's Antonio Ballatore, photographer Noah Abrams and managing director Jason Clark.
