Seven years since its last dinosaur playtheme, LEGO Systems debuts LEGO DINO, including an intimidating T-Rex that needs to be airlifted back to the jungle, at the American International Toy Fair, last year Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, in New York.

It's going to be child’s play at the Javits Center next month when the hottest new gadgets and gizmos are unveiled to the public at the 100th annual American International Toy Fair.

More than 1,000 makers of toys and games will showcase their products â€" which they hope will be at the top of every kid’s wish list.

Some of the hottest items include bicycle helmets that children can personalize with dry-erase markers, rockets that fly 250 feet and launch using bungee-cord technology and a plastic boat that shoots foam arrows.

The toy fair runs from Feb. 10-13. Hours will vary.
