'Mob Wives' bash is not a super bowl

'Mob Wives' bash is not a super bowl

Karen Gravano got on a roll at the ‘Mob Wives’ party.

Managers at Frames Bowling Lounge are lucky not to be sleeping with the fishes after a party they hosted for the season-three premiere of “Mob Wives” got cast member Karen Gravano yelling “Mamma mia!”

According to Gravano, the daughter of former John Gotti hit man Salvatore (Sammy Bull) Gravano, gatekeepers at the upscale Ninth Ave. bowling center were fine with hosting a party for Mafioso spouses and their offspring. But she claims they imposed an arbitrary dress code on black and Hispanic partygoers on the guest lists and required a $ 5 coat check from minority members who were let inside.

A Frames rep said the coat check applied to all guests, not just minorities, and claimed to have receipts proving the point.

She also denied the dress code had anything to do with the party guests’ race. “It wasn’t a race thing. They weren’t getting their way and someone decided to play the race card. I guess with these Mob Wives, they’re always on the offensive.”

Gravano felt otherwise.

“It was supposed to be a joyous event for our third season,” says Gravano. “The way my guests were treated was outrageously offensive.”

In emails sent to party organizers, a Frames rep stated no “rappers” would be admitted and asked, “Please make sure there is no press leaked to any website or outlets that cover urban or hip-hop events.”

They also declined organizers’ requests to play hip-hop music.

The Frames spokeswoman acknowledges, “I didn’t want hip-hop artists there because it requires more security â€" in my experience they come with entourages our security staff wasn’t equipped to handle.”

She also says everyone was held to the same dress code and no one was refused admission, including one man who threatened to “Fâ€" me up” because she insisted he remove his baseball cap. The spokeswoman also points out that the venue is hosting a BET party next month.

For Gravano, who tells us she’s usually “classy,” the incident not only threatened her show’s press coverage, but also hit close to home.

“My boyfriend is Hispanic â€" he was dressed very trendy, very nice, and they wouldn’t let him in!” Gravano insists. “I had to go to the door and trip out.”

In one of Gravano’s exchanges with Frames security, she was overheard saying, “You better fâ€"g let my guests in and I don’t give a fâ€" about your dress code. This is a fâ€"g bowling alley and they have on jeans. That is appropriate attire to bowl, you racist aâ€"holes. Don’t let me come back downstairs again, because I’ll take my party elsewhere!”

The Frames spokeswoman says her lounge comped what would’ve been an $ 8,000 tab, hoping to generate good press for the venue, and said she’d be surprised if total tips from the group exceeded $ 100.

“In hindsight I should’ve let them go,” says the spokeswoman â€" as in, go away.

COOPER’S TRIP TO THE MAUL

We know Bradley Cooper is gorgeous and all, but we didn’t know he was capable of inciting Beatles-type riots. The “Silver Linings Playbook” star was “mauled” by guests at the after-party for the Palm Springs Film Festival Saturday, where he had to run for cover inside the nearby Parker Hotel after hordes of female fans went berserk over him, an eyewitness tells Confidenti@l.
