He’s in like Flynn again: Christopher Sieber is returning as Billy, the slick ‘Chicago’ lawyer.

Sequins, high heels and show tunes can take a toll on a guy.

Ask Christopher Sieber, who criss-crossed the U.S. for over a year playing drag queen Albin opposite George Hamilton as his lover, George, in “La Cage aux Folles.”

Physically, emotionally and sartorially, he says, “It was exhausting.”

Sieber is very happy to be back home on the upper West Side and on Broadway in a single costume â€" a black tux â€" playing Billy Flynn in “Chicago” at the Ambassador Theatre. Sieber starts a two-month run as the razzle-dazzling lawyer on Dec. 25 at 8 p.m. (Billy Ray Cyrus exits on Dec. 23.)

“For me, there’s nothing like Christmas in New York â€" the atmosphere, the energy â€" and being back in ‘Chicago’ is an amazing gift,” says Sieber.

Making it an even more glittery package: He returns to the 16-year-old revival by Fred Ebb and John Kander at a historic moment. On Dec. 20, “Chicago” played its 6,681st performance and surpassed “Les Miserables” to become the third-longest-running show in Broadway history.

Sieber’s Broadway credits include Tony-nominated roles in “Spamalot” and “Shrek.” He has played Billy Flynn on three previous occasions: “I love the show,” he says. “And I get to be part of that special thing that makes New York . . . New York.”

Cool for Yule: Besides “Chicago,” six other Broadway shows are playing on Christmas: “Evita,” “Jersey Boys,” “Rock of Ages” and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” â€" all at 7 p.m. â€" and “Mamma Mia!” and “The Phantom of the Opera” at 8 p.m. Happy holidays!
