Bieber Fever is giving Justin Bieber’s record label a huge headache. And insiders tell Confidenti@l that the teen star’s bratty antics may be jeopardizing his career.

“Justin doesn’t seem to care and does whatever he wants,” a source tell Confidenti@l. One insider says Bieber’s team has had several talks with him, but “he doesn’t listen to anyone.”

Another Bieber insider tells us, “He smokes weed all day, from the time he gets up, and orders everybody around. He’s surrounded by hangers-on who say ‘yes’ to anything he wants. There’s no supervision.”

That source indicates Bieber’s family sometimes comes to him for money, which further complicates the situation.

While some close to Bieber think he’s simply exhibiting teen angst, another source tells us, “This could really damage his reputation if they don’t get it under control. Justin is someone young teens look up to and this kind of behavior can really hurt his career. Just look at what happened with Britney Spears.”

While Spears, 31, has enjoyed a newfound success since signing on as a judge on Fox’s “X Factor” in May, few would argue she’d fallen out of the spotlight in recent years.

The Biebs recently drew criticism from the Philippine congress for tweeting Photoshopped images ridiculing boxer Manny Pacquiao, who’s also a politician there.

Philippine legislators called his tweets, which mocked the boxer who’d been brutally knocked out in a Dec. 8 fight, “distasteful,” and demanded an apology “lest he be declared persona non grata” in their country. Bieber has more than 30 million followers on Twitter.

The Philippine congress isn’t the only governing body the Biebs has angered in recent days. Last week, an organization calling itself the California Hamster Association accused Bieber of animal cruelty when he gave his pet hamster to a screaming fan outside a concert in Atlanta. A spokesman there told TMZ changes in environment are dangerous to a hamster’s health.

Another insider thinks the singer’s on-off relationship with Selena Gomez may be causing him stress. The pair was spotted over the weekend getting cozy on a ski trip to Utah, but we’re told “she’s been giving him a really hard time… she’s been partying without him and it drives him crazy.”

Bieber’s reps declined to comment. Reps at Bieber’s record label, Def Jam Records, didn’t return requests for comment by deadline.

VOGUE’S GALLERY

Despite the guest of honor’s Boston Celtics accouterment, Saturday night’s soiree honoring Vogue entertainment editor Jill Demling’s birthday at Windsor Park Avenue was a stylish affair. Spies tell Confidenti@l actress Maggie Grace, Vogue market editor Meredith Melling Burke, shoe designer Alejandro Ingelmo and Alan Tisch joined the birthday girl in a bottle of Dom Perignon Rosé.

UMBRELLA OF CARE

It’s the season of giving all right, but wow. Pop superstar Rihanna donated $ 1.75 million to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados Sunday in honor of the grandmother she lost in June. The donation will provide equipment for the Clara Braithwaite Centre for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine, which was dedicated to Riri’s granny. The 24-year-old singer, whose seventh studio album “Unapologetic” was released last month, hails from Saint Michael, Barbados.
