Perfect couple no more. Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore in happier times at MTV and ServiceNation's "Be the Change: Live From The Inaugural Ball" at the Washington Hilton on January 20, 2009 in Washington, D.C. Changes, indeed, Kutcher has now served Moore with divorce papers for the holidays.

Just in time for Christmas, Demi Moore got a nice little package â€" divorce papers from her ex, Ashton Kutcher. More than a year after the duo separated, Kutcher finally made a move, filing papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday. Kutcher, currently dating his "That 70's Show" co-star Mila Kunis, cited irreconcilable differences and isn't seeking any spousal support from his ex. His filing comes just after the 50-year-old Moore’s bizarre behavior at Miami's Art Basel, giving out lap dances and hitting on Lenny Kravitz.

The drama between Kutcher and Moore began over a year ago, when they announced they were splitting after a six year marriage amid reports that Kutcher cheated. "As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Moore said at the time.

Unfortunately, moving forward with her life was filled with a hospital visit for whippets last January and being cut off from her three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah because of her antics. Moore's most recent fling, 26-year-old Vito Schnabel, also distanced himself from her.

Kutcher is ready for a battle, hiring pitbull celeb divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who is also currently representing Kim Kardashian. According to a source close to the situation, Kutcher pulled the plug for Kunis, who he has become "very very serious" with.

"Demi was the one who was refusing to file anything," a source tells Confidenti@l's Marianne Garvey. "Mila was getting upset that Ashton was still stuck in this situation. The Miami partying didn't help. The main reason he left was that she was and he held on this whole time to be nice to her. He wanted her to get help."

The source adds that a patient and understanding Kunis, who has been dating Kutcher for eight months, finally wanted to see Kutcher make a move.

"They're very serious so like any girlfriend she doesn't want him to be attached anymore," says the source. "Demi's been very upset about Mila because she's younger and she always suspected something was going on with them."

Kutcher was 26-years-old when he married the actress, who is now 50.

Reps for Kutcher and Moore did not get back to Confidenti@l by press time. Wasser did not return a call seeking comment.
